The young lady that I made the appointment with was very nice & was helpful. The work was superb. I liked the way the furniture was moved and cleaned underneath. The instructions on how to dry it more quickly and what to do if a spot appears was nice. It was nice not to come home to a wet carpet and a bill with nothing else. The smell was a bit strong when I came home. I don't know if you use a deodorizer or not. It may not be able to be helped though so I understand.
