Very courteous, professional, and trustworthy. I have no problem leaving your serviceman alone in our office. We have dealt with several carpet cleaning companies in the past and asked to be put on the maintenance program, no one ever called back after the initial cleaning. Your people call every 6 months and it is one less thing I need to worry about because you guys have it handled.
