I love Preferred! They are not only excellent @ what they do but they are also accommodating when it comes to scheduling. One time, Rod had to rescue me because a half gallon of paint was accidentally knocked over in my living room so he talked me through what to do immediately and then as soon as he possibly could, he came over and he got every last drop of paint out of my carpet.
