We had a customer track in footprints of grease throughout our office one day. We called Preferred Carpet just before a long holiday weekend. They were so kind to work us into their busy schedule, did a great job, for a great price. This is the second time they have helped us after an incident. The first time was when a bucket of paint was spilled all over our carpet the morning before our grand opening. They appeared at 7:30 AM and cleaned that before we opened. Great customer service!
