EXCELLENT Cleaned the carpet in my office & made it look like new. We were planning to replace that carpet but had a heart attack when I saw how expensive new carpet was. The cleaning was very reasonable too. You kept you appts., were on time, fair price, stuck to estimate, outstanding job, What could you improve? I can't think of anything.
