Very positive- I trust Rod to clean my white Chanel sofa. I had it cleaned years ago (by someone else) and it came back looking like an unmade bed. I was very happy when Rod helped us with a minor flood downstairs about five years ago. I value Rod's expertise in dealing with delicate fabrics.
