Extremely thorough and professional. Your service man was very meticulous and made sure he didn't leave any areas un-cleaned- even the "fronts" of my stairs. My carpet looks and feels better than when I used my previous company- You are more expensive (by a third) but with the thorough cleaning- it's well worth it. Your customer service is also fantastic, from my original call through the follow up call by the receptionist. Thanks!
