The quality of the work was excellent. The man that came out was polite, courteous and timely. One thing that caught my attention was his work to protect our walls from getting damaged from the hose rubbing on the corners. No other carpet cleaner has done this. This is an example of the quality of the work. We will use Preferred from now on.
