I had my carpets cleaned by another carpet cleaner and they could not remove the spots from my carpet. I thought I was going to have to get new carpet but decided to try another service. Preferred Carpet Care was able to remove all spots and my carpet looks new again! I would refer Preferred Carpet Care to anyone because of their commitment to please their customers.
