We pride ourselves in customizing each job to our customer’s needs. Therefore, we provide individualized quotes for each job.
If, however, you want to have a basic idea of pricing prior to our in-home estimate, the following is a guideline:
- Our base rate ranges from $125-170 depending on your distance from our office. This price covers up to 300 square feet of carpeted area.
- Carpet Cleaning: 35-40 cents/square foot (maintenance cleaning)*
- Restoration Carpet Cleaning: 50 cents/square foot (extra heavy soiling)
- Stair Cleaning: $2/riser
- Carpet Protection: 15 cents/square foot
*Please note that our pricing varies based on the age and soiling condition of your carpet along with any specialized spotting needs.
In order to determine your square footage, measure the length and width of your room and then multiply those measurements. For example, a 10’x10’ room is 100 square feet.
