Very accomadating. We live in Dunsmuir and rarely found people in business will rarely come to service our area. With both sides being flexible we were able to schedule a date so a few of us could get our carpets cleaned. The receptionist kept me informed by email & phone. Rod called when running behind a little in the day as a courtesy instead of leaving me to wonder when they would arrive. I will use your company again in the future.
