Professional & courteous!! I called for an estimate and was really pleased with the associate's description of service, making my decision to go with Preferred Carpet Care an easy one. The technician did a fantastic job and took the time to thoroughly clean & treat my flooring. He was very professional and the equipment used was very effective.
You do quality work for a reasonable price. I had a couple of spots that I was concerned about & they got them out no problem! Looks good as new! I feel safe even leaving you guys a key.

Think it is great that you can help us who have a difficult time breathing & problems w/perfumes. My initial contact with Rod, he said he could clean my carpet w/o using any odors. With many asthma sufferer's, he uses no odors when cleaning. I called 4 other carpet cleaners who could not help me. I was pleased that Rod could help me.
I like & prefer doing business with an "established" company. I called Preferred because I have been impressed by Rod's newspaper advice. As a former carpet store owner I found his "Ask the Experts" to be informative and truthful. I am pleased that my first completed whole house job was done by Rod- the expert and professional. I know that I got the best job his company offers and so I can judge the results against other providers I have employed to "see" the difference in cleaning techniques and service. Another benefit is an honest evaluation of the value of my carpet, the wear pattern problems and which areas will still clean up nicely vs. which areas should be considered for replacement.

Dependable and thorough and reasonably priced. Extremely professional. We have light carpets and a rather large dog, which equals a pretty dirty carpet. No problem- using Preferred Carpet Care! Help with moving furniture, extra care with spots and stains, respect for our home (no smashing or scraping our walls). Beautiful cleaning! Our carpet was moist after the cleaning- not wet. Fluffing the nape of our carpets after cleaning. Explaining how to walk on our carpet until it dried. Leaving spot remover for us. Our carpets looked brand new!
