Overall feeling is excellent. Impressed with the stain removal & clean smell. We had some old urine & vomit stains from a sick dog that no stain removal product would get rid of. You guys got it up. We tried everything & nothing worked. We are so relieved it is gone. Don't feel ashamed of our carpet anymore. It was embarrassing to have company over to see the stains.

A specific experience that I was happy with was that when the job was done the clean up was also done which does not always happen with workers who come into your home. One benefit that we received was a cat urine stain on a chair and the pee work to remove the smell was done.
