Excellent + Dependable. The carpet technician successfully eliminated some persistent stains that were a problem. Also I was pleased with the results in cleaning a 5x7 oriental carpet that had not been cleaned before. Cleaning our carpets twice a year has extended the wear life of our 13 year old carpet. It continues to look good even though it is a light sage color. So we keep putting off buying new carpet!
Excellent. I was happy with #1) Rod coming out and dying a bleach mark that my house keepers left in my carpet. It turned out great! #2) Bright green paint foot prints my teenager & friends left all over my carpet- again, Rod came through!
We just had our carpets cleaned by your tech- very polite, respectable young man. He was even courteous to my mini dachshund and I was impressed- Great cleaning job too! Just having such a great job- both on carpet cleaning and last years tile/grout cleaning is a benefit enough.

It is a company I can trust and I know a great job will be performed or they will do it for free. My sectional looks like new after a thorough cleaning. I know when my babies crawl on the carpet they will be safe as PCC does not use harsh chemicals.

Responsible, professional business. You guys ALWAYS show up on time and do a great job. It is so important to me to have a day and time set and for the service to show up on time. The young lady that I made the appointment with was very nice & was helpful. The work was superb. I liked the way the furniture was moved and cleaned underneath. The instructions on how to dry it more quickly and what to do if a spot appears was nice. It was nice not to come home to a wet carpet and a bill with nothing else. The smell was a bit strong when I came home. I don't know if you use a deodorizer or not. It may not be able to be helped though so I understand.
