Prompt, friendly and you do a wonderful job. Also, I have had to cancel a few times and you were very understanding and accommodating. I had several large spots on my carpet that someone had tried to scrub them out with a LOT of soap. I really thought the carpet was ruined! When you came out and worked on it. . . one can hardly tell- you salvaged my new carpet. Although I can make an effort to move as much furniture out of the rooms, you always make sure that my carpets are cleaned under any furniture left in the room. I also really like the fact that my carpets are always not soaked when you leave. It doesn't take days for them to dry.

We have used other cleaners (only once) and will only use Preferred Carpet Care now and in the future. They do a great job EACH time. Our dog went in the house on our 2-year old carpet. Rod removed the spots, the odor and now it looks + smells new. He removes spots that others can't! Carpet is a significant investment and it is important to have it look new, clean, and be spot free. When Rod and his team come- they are professional, timely, thorough, and do an excellent job without saturating your carpet, selling you products and services that you truly need- No extras or high pressure. You have been cleaning my carpets for 12 years- The real estate agent selling our home gave us that first service free as a gift and we have been with you ever since. I trust you- once when we had gotten our new carpeting, you informed me how poor a quality the pad was and that it was bad for our new carpet- you then replaced the hallway pad for us at a reasonable rate. It is a high traffic area and it has helped the wear of the carpet. I rate you guys a 5+
