Very professional yet small town friendly, courteous and polite. I called on Tuesday and you were kind enough to get me fit in on Wednesday. I had to leave for an appt. and the tech finished my carpets and then locked up for me. I felt safe and confident that I could trust him. The carpets were cleaner and stayed clean longer. They removed stains that no one else could remove. You're awesome!!!
The crew came on time, were well dressed, quiet, and did their jog in a professional manner. They checked with us if there were any questions. Our job was large so Rod came back the next day and finished the job. Excellent job!!

Our carpets remain cleaner longer and spot free longer between cleanings than w/any other service we have tried. We're now lifetime customers and given the opportunity, we would recommend no one else but Preferred.
This is the best rug cleaning we have had. We recently had it cleaned by another service and they did not do such a good job. The rugs were so clean and it smells fresh in the house. We have a 7 mo. old puppy and, she liked my grandson's room to potty- you got all the smell out and left the room smelling great! You were worth every penny and I intend to spread the word.
