You have been cleaning my carpets for 12 years- The real estate agent selling our home gave us that first service free as a gift and we have been with you ever since. I trust you- once when we had gotten our new carpeting, you informed me how poor a quality the pad was and that it was bad for our new carpet- you then replaced the hallway pad for us at a reasonable rate. It is a high traffic area and it has helped the wear of the carpet. I rate you guys a 5+
