Our carpets were very soiled from pet accidents. I didn't think they would come clean and if they did I thought the "doggie spots" would show. That was not the case. Our carpets look brand new again! If I need to get any tough stain out I always call Preferred and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks for always doing a great job!
