WOW!!!! I have had MANY others clean my carpet, I have a 17 year old "Baby Girl" who can no longer hold her bladder and a newer Chihuahua little boy named "Munchie" who wants to mark everything in the Universe as his own, GRRRRR. Anyway, Rod, the technician, showed up on time, prepared and ready for the job. He explained FULLY what the chemicals and procedures he would use to abate these horrible stains and VOILA! It was done just as he said and in time more quickly than I expected, I am over the MOON! My carpets look new again and the stains are GONE!
