A few weeks prior to Preferred showing up I had spilled some red wine on my white carpet (not sure if spilling the great wine or staining the carpet was worse). My normal carpet guy was too busy to return my call so I contacted Preferred Carpet & Fabric Care. They immediately fit me in their busy schedule and came to the rescue. I would say that the stain came out 98% with the last 2% me just knowing it was there. Truly appreciated their prompt response and attention to detail. We had other rooms in the home cleaned as well and everything was in order. They were careful with furnishings, walls and doors and even left us with some shoe coverings to walk on the carpet while it was drying. I would recommend them anything.
