Tile Cleaning Process
Our tile cleaning process entails 8 steps to help renew and restore your flooring.
Pre-Inspection
We start by noting areas of special concern and develop a customized plan to treat your flooring while not disrupting your flow of business.
Area Preparation
We prepare the tiled area for cleaning by carefully protecting other flooring surfaces such as carpet or hardwood. We then move any furniture placed in the tiled area (with the exception of appliances, bookcases, etc).
Dry Soil Removal
We sweep or vacuum to remove all loose debris to maximize our cleaning results.
Soil Suspension
We have carefully researched and hand selected the ideal products to safely and effectively remove soiling. The products we use are scientifically advanced and environmentally friendly making them safe to use in your office environment.
Cleaning
Traffic lanes are treated by means of a mechanical rotating brush head followed by pressure washing. The pressure washing is done utilizing a tool that suctions to your floor to confine the water pressure within the head so as to not splash water on any other surfaces. For areas that are harder to reach or more intricate, we will treat these carefully by hand.
Rinsing
A rinse solution is used to sanitize and balance the pH of your floor leaving it disinfected and soil free.
Sealing & Finishing
We customize our sealing process based on your tile flooring needs. One such sealer is used to fill the indentions of your tile making it more soil and stain resistant. This will make your flooring easier to maintain.
Tired of your current grout color? We can fix that! We have up to 15 colors from which you can select for us to apply.
Post-Inspection
When cleaning is complete, we will do a final walk through with you and answer any questions you may have. We will even provide instructions on how to maintain your flooring going forward.
