Your busy schedule often does not allow for cleaning rugs during the day. Given the handmade nature of many area rugs, some of them may require specialized treatment in our Redding cleaning facility. In these instances, we will pick up the rug, bring it to our facility, complete any cleaning or restoration procedures there and then return it to your office when complete. This saves your company from the disruption of a rug cleaning during the middle of business hours.
Methods of Cleaning
Preferred Carpet Care uses a two-part process for cleaning area rugs. First we remove the dirt and soils that accumulate at the bottom of the rug. We do this not just with mere vacuuming, but with specialized equipment that vibrates the rug thousands of times a minute. It’s like old-fashioned rug beating, but with a modernized technique! Then we use warm water extraction to eliminate any remaining soils, followed by hand grooming of the rug. The end results provide you with a rug that often looks as good as new!
